Introduction:
This course aims to assist emerging and current leaders in developing their leadership identity with self directed learning. This series is compiled of 5 eLearning courses: Exploring Leadership, Self-Awareness, Your Leadership Foundation, Leading With Others and Leadership Toolkit.
With support of student development and the leadership identity module, the courses aimed give participants some of the tools to grow as a leader.
Who and Why?
This course was designed for collegiate members of a non-profit organization to develop their leadership skills. The non-profit had a identified a gap in curriculum and these courses were develop to assist with onboarding and leadership training.
Course Design:
The courses focus on knowing, being and doing as leader. Each course builds on this approach giving learners the opportunity to focus on who they are as a leader following by how to work with others. The course includes scenarios, tabbed interactions, videos and more!
