Onboarding Training on Rise with a branded theme

Introduction:

A need for a comprehensive onboarding training was identified for the company’s collegiate officers. The officers are located throughout the country and an accessible training was needed.

This project was designed for 18 officer positions consisting of one to three eLearning courses per role. I personally designed and built 18 eLearning courses for 9 officer positions.

Who and Why?

The training team identified a huge gap when it came to how collegiate officers prepared for their roles and completed organizational processes. In consultation with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the company, we developed a comprehensive training plan.

As we worked with SMEs, we entered some challenges in regards to the amount of content they wanted included in the courses. Through thoughtful conversations, we were able to clearly set the training direction for these courses and set a plan to provide additional training for materials outside the training scope.
